MCM (Miqlat NPC) is based in Paarl and was established in 2000 with our footprint in the Drakenstein Valley, Western Cape, South Africa.
MCM was established to achieve tangible and sustainable improvements to the quality of life of society’s most vulnerable people through addressing issues relating to early childhood development (ECD), orphans and vulnerable children (OVC’s), and home and community-based issues.
We have 3 focus areas, each with a Focus leader that comes from the very community that they operate in.
Tiffany’s Community Centre
Our education programs support early childhood development and academic excellence. Through our Day-Care Centre, After-School and tutoring programs, we provide children with a safe, nurturing environment to learn, grow, and build strong foundations for their future.
Nutrition
We ensure food security by distributing nutritious meals to crèches, soup kitchens, and vulnerable families. Our meal programs, powered by partnerships, promote health and well-being, especially in under-resourced rural areas.
Skills Training & Job Creation
Our programs equip individuals with practical skills like sewing and entrepreneurship, fostering economic independence. We also create job opportunities, offering sustainable paths to self-reliance and financial stability.
Our numbers that speak
Our numbers inspire us to keep pushing forward, and we are proud to see our efforts expanding, helping more people and making a greater difference in our community every day.
